File / Web - New :  Creates a new part definition if one does not exists, or brings up the current part definition for an existing part.   The standard file syntax is <part_name>,csv where the csv file is a comma separated value file.  A second file is saved for each csv file which is of a file extension ".ccf", which stands for component constraint file.  This second file contains the size / width constraints plus the properties and attributes which were added to the component.

When part are generated and exported to the EDA Tooling, a directory is created for each <part_name>.  The directory will then contain all of the part specific information required for the selected EDA tool.
